Because it is a premium 100 percent solution-dyed woven acrylic fabric, Outdura® dries fast, cleans easily and offers unprecedented protection from the sun. The fabric’s UV Protection Factor (UPF) is 50+, which is as high as the rating goes and more than three times the sun protection recommended by leading cancer researchers. Due to it’s ultra high UV protection, it resists fading. Outdura® is stain and mildew resistant, water repellant / breathable, bleach cleanable / machine washable, has high abrasion resistance and carries a five or six year warranty. It is available in 9.25-ounce marine-weight for boat tops, canopies, covers, marine cushions, awnings and umbrellas and in 8-ounce furniture-weight for upholstery, cushions and umbrellas. Coordinating powder paint, spray paint and vinyl is also available.
