Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be confident in the products you purchase from Patio Products, Inc. The information below explains how returns, replacements, and credits are handled. Please review this policy before placing an order, especially if you are buying cut-to-length or customized items.
General Return Requirements
All returns require pre-approval and a valid Return Authorization Number (RA#). Returned packages must have the RA# clearly marked on each box. Returns received without an RA# will not be accepted.
- Contact us to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
- The RA# must be clearly written on each returned box.
- Returns must be made within 10 working days from receipt of goods.
- Products must be in unused, resalable condition.
Return Shipping & Credit
If products were ordered incorrectly by the purchaser, the purchaser is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Credit will be applied for the price originally paid for the product, excluding original and return shipping costs.
If Patio Products ships an incorrect item or a defective product, we will arrange replacement, credit, or disposal instructions. We may issue a call tag or return label, or instruct the customer to dispose of material to avoid unnecessary freight cost.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund
- Vinyl less than a full roll (including precut straps or vinyl sold by the foot)
- Cut yardage fabric (all brands, all styles)
- Special-order tires
Processing of Credits
Credits are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Materials must be in acceptable condition as determined by Patio Products. Credits will be applied to the buyer’s account.
Buyer’s Remedies
The Buyer’s exclusive remedy for non-conforming material is replacement. Patio Products, Inc. will not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs or lost profits. Liability is strictly limited to free replacement or refund of the purchase price, at Patio Products’ discretion, provided return or rejection is made within a reasonable period.
