Olefin and premium 100 percent solution-dyed woven acrylic fabrics designed for outdoor use. Our outdoor fabrics can be used for patio furniture sling, cushion, upholstery, boat tops, canopies, covers, marine cushions, awnings and umbrella material. Sling furniture must use outdoor sling fabric. We stock fabrics from Twitchell Corporation, Phifer Wire Products, Inc. and Sattler AG for patio furniture dealers, refinishers, and upholsterers who offer these fabrics to do it yourself customers. We also carry three sizes of sling spline.

Powder Coatings & Matching Aerosol Paints Our custom matched powder coatings offer the ability to paint the frames of metal outdoor furniture to match or blend with our vinyl and fabrics. The powder is TGIC polyester and is formulated for outdoor use. Many powder coaters have found that they can offer our paint colors for other products like fencing, railing, and house shutters. Most solid colored powders have a matching aerosol paint.

Bonded 100% Polyester Thread – 92 Weight with UV Protection for outdoor use Bonded 100% Polyester Thread is made from a corded thread, a high strength resilient and continuous filament polyester. The bonded finish adds strength and reduces fraying at needle eye. 92 weight has been found to be strong enough to support the seams of slings, cushions and umbrellas. Thread is available in 1 Lb. (white, black, leisure brown, natural, ash and beaver), 1/2 Lb. (white, dark brown, dark green, royal blue, navy blue, grey, black, red, gold, natural, ash and beaver) and Bobbin (white, black, leisure brown, gold, natural and beaver) sizes.
